• Public Works: Construction and maintenance of municipal buildings, parks, and public spaces.

• Stormwater Drainage: Development of efficient stormwater drainage systems to prevent waterlogging.

• Project Monitoring: Overseeing civic infrastructure projects to ensure timely completion with adherence to quality standards.

• Sustainable Development: Implementing eco-friendly and energy-efficient practices in municipal projects.

• Road widening and resurfacing initiatives to decongest major traffic corridors.
