ABOUT PMAY PROJECT AT RMC

The main objective of PMAY is to provide Pucca House under “HOUSING FOR ALL” by 2022.

 “Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Housing for All (Urban)” Mission for urban area will be implemented during 2015-2022 and this Mission will provide central assistance to implementing agencies through States and UTs for providing houses to all eligible families/ beneficiaries by 2022. All homeless people of urban area will get house under 04 (four) verticals.

Vertical I:- Housing for slum dwellers.

Vertical II:- Financial assistance for a house through Credit Link Subsidy Scheme by banks

Vertical III:- Home for land less people in Group Housing

Vertical IV:- House construction assistance for construction of house in his /her own land

 About City Level Technical Cell (CLTC)

It is a group of technical experts for assisting ULBs in implementing of PMAY schemes. The number of specialist is subject to population of ULBs and under provisions of CSMC Govt. India.  At present there are six post of specialists sanction by State Govt. in RMC CLTC. 

At present in RMC 4 specialists are working:-

4.      MIS  Specialist                                                                                     :- Amit Kumar
